Terms and Conditions
ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer can exercise the right to withdraw from the contract.

Consumer: a natural person who is not acting for business purposes and enters into a distance contract with LAYORA.

Day: calendar day.

Distance contract: a contract concluded as part of a system organised by LAYORA for the remote sale of products, using one or more means of distance communication.

Durable medium: any tool that enables the consumer to store information personally addressed to them in a way that allows future reference.

Right of withdrawal: the right of the consumer to withdraw from a distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Operator: LAYORA, the company offering products or services remotely to consumers.

General Terms and Conditions: the present document containing the general conditions of LAYORA.

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY
These General Terms & Conditions apply to every offer from LAYORA and to every distance contract concluded between LAYORA and the consumer.
Before the contract is concluded, these Terms will be made available to the consumer.
If the contract is concluded electronically, the text may also be supplied electronically in a way that allows the consumer to easily store and access it later.
ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER
If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, this will be clearly stated.
All offers are non-binding; LAYORA reserves the right to modify or withdraw an offer at any time.
Product photos and descriptions are made as accurate as possible but may vary slightly.
Every offer includes clear information about:

the price (excluding import duties and taxes, which are the consumer’s responsibility),
-
shipping costs,
-
the process of concluding the contract,
-
delivery and payment methods,
-
the right of withdrawal,
-
and the terms for returns or cancellations.
ARTICLE 5 – THE CONTRACT
The contract is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated requirements.
If the contract is concluded electronically, LAYORA will confirm receipt of the order via email.
LAYORA takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure online payments and data transfers.
LAYORA reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons or to apply additional conditions.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 60 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send an email within 14 days to Info@layora.com and return the product within the following 60 days to the address provided by LAYORA.
ARTICLE 7 – RETURN COSTS
The consumer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
LAYORA will refund the purchase price, including the initial shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSION OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

personalised or custom-made products,
-
intimate or hygienic items whose packaging has been opened,
-
perishable products.
ARTICLE 9 – PRICES
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD), excluding taxes and import duties.
Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the consumer.
Price adjustments due to legal or tax changes are permitted.
ARTICLE 10 – CONFORMITY & WARRANTY
LAYORA guarantees that all products conform to the contract and the specifications stated in the offer.
ARTICLE 11 – DELIVERY & EXECUTION
Products will be delivered to the address provided by the consumer.
Orders are generally processed within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer at the time of delivery.
ARTICLE 12 – CONTRACT DURATION
For open-ended contracts, the consumer may terminate with one month’s notice.
Fixed-term contracts end automatically upon expiry.
ARTICLE 13 – PAYMENT
Payment must be made within 7 days after order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.
In case of non-payment, LAYORA may charge legal interest and recovery costs in accordance with Australian law.
ARTICLE 14 – COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be submitted via Info@layora.com within 7 days of discovering the issue.
LAYORA will respond within 14 days after receiving the complaint.
ARTICLE 15 – DISPUTES
All contracts between LAYORA and the consumer are governed exclusively by Australian law.
